Steps to transfer a ".VN" domain name at BKHOST

Step
Prepare and submit the domain transfer application.
The parties involved in the transfer must submit the transfer application to the Registrar managing the domain (BKHOST). The application includes:
Note: Please attach a copy of the ID card (photocopy if the transaction is done in person / notarized photocopy if the documents are sent by mail) if either party involved is an individual, and the ID card of the representative handling the procedure if one of the parties is an organization.

Step
The Registrar (BKHOST) reviews the transfer application and notifies the result.
The domain registrar managing the transferred domain will review the transfer application and notify the parties involved of the result within 5 business days from the date of receiving the complete transfer documents. If approved, the parties involved will proceed to the next step.

The parties involved in the transfer must provide additional tax payment documents and domain registration records.
The documents showing that the parties involved in the transfer have completed the payment of transfer taxes for domain name usage rights as per the guidelines of the Ministry of Finance

The transferee must complete the payment of registration fees and domain usage fees to the Registrar (BKHOST) as per the regulations.

In case of suspension and cancellation of the transfer result:
Cases of suspension of the transfer result:
Involvement in violations of regulations regarding the management and use of Internet resources.
The domain is found to be under dispute resolution.
The domain is found to be under violation processing, temporarily suspended, required to change information, required to be returned, or revoked.
There is a document requesting the withdrawal of the domain usage rights transfer application.
There is fraud in the process of fulfilling tax payment obligations.
The tax payment obligation has not been completed.
The obligation to pay registration fees and usage fees has not been fulfilled.
Cases of cancellation of the result:
There is a written notice from the tax authorities regarding the parties not completing or committing fraud in fulfilling their tax payment obligations.
There is a notification from a government agency (in writing), ICANN, or relevant authorized organizations requesting the cancellation of the transfer result.
