TERMS OF SERVICE

This general terms of service agreement (“Agreement”) is made by the parties being Online Network Solutions Joint Stock Company (BKHost for short) and you, effective from the date you use this website. This Agreement provides the general terms and conditions of your use of the website and the products and services purchased or used through this website, and is in addition to (not a substitute for) any terms and conditions apply to specific Services.

If you (Party A) register for the service of Renting a Server (Co-Location) or Renting a Private Server (Dedicated) or Renting a Virtual Server (VPS):

- Comply with and take responsibility according to the government and international regulations on using Internet services, industrial property rights, operating system copyright, software installed on the server (if any), confidentiality national security, culture.

If you (Party A) register for Website Hosting (Web Hosting):

- Party A is responsible for keeping the right to log in to the system and information in and out of the registration service, and is responsible before the law when there are violations of the law from the use of this service.

If you (Party A) register a Domain Name (Domain):

- Party A is responsible for checking and making sure that the domain name has been registered or renewed on INTERNIC (for international domains) or VNNIC (for .VN domains) after registering or renewing the domain name.

- Be responsible for submitting the .VN domain name registration declaration to Party B in accordance with VNNIC's regulations, complying with the Regulations on management and use of Internet resources of the Ministry of Information and Communications if Party A has registered the name. domain .VN.

- Be responsible for declaring international domain name information on the website www.thongbaotenmien.vn if Party A has registered international domain names.

- Party A is responsible for securing the right to log in to the domain name administration system and takes all responsibility before the law when there are violations of the law from the use of the domain name.

If you (Party A) register for the Co-Location service:

- Party B is not responsible for the operating system copyright and unauthorized software that Party A uses on the server.

- Party B is not responsible for the operating system copyright and unauthorized software that Party A uses on the server.

- When Party A has an official document to terminate the Contract and complete the payment of arising fees, Party B will return to Party A the server or Party A's equipment located in Party B's computer room.

If you (Party A) register for the Service of Renting a Private Server (Dedicated) or Renting a Virtual Server (VPS):

- Party B will replace the hardware free of charge during the use period if Party B's hardware is faulty within 48 hours.

- Party B is not responsible for the operating system copyright and unauthorized software that Party A uses on the server.

- Party B is not responsible for the operating system copyright and unauthorized software that Party A uses on the server.

If you (Party A) register a Domain Name (Domain):

- Party B provides Party A with account information (username, password) of the domain name after Party A registers.

- All disputes related to the Vietnamese domain name of this contract, Party B will handle according to the provisions of Vietnam Internet Center (VNNIC). All disputes related to the international domain name of this contract, Party B will handle according to the regulations of the organization managing the top-level domain name (ICANN). Party B does not bear any related responsibility.

- During the time of signing the contract and making payment, if the domain name is registered by another subject, Party B is not responsible at all. In case the domain name has been registered by an owner other than Party A, or cannot be renewed, Party B is responsible for refunding the registration fee or domain name renewal fee to Party A.

- A domain name is a special resource, which is granted to those who register first. BKHost provides domain name registration services to customers within the domain name that has not yet been registered by another subject during the registration period and completes the domain name registration, and is approved for the license to use by the domain name management agency.

- In case the domain name cannot be registered because it is owned by an individual or another unit, BKHost will refund 100% of the domain name registration fee to you.

- You acknowledge and agree that the domain name registration service is non-refundable once the registration has been made, renewed or you unilaterally terminate the use of the service.

- Once registration is completed, you cannot edit: (a) edit the name of the domain name, (b) the name of the subject for the .VN domain name, except for specific cases prescribed by VNNIC.

- Expired domain names without paying maintenance fees will be destroyed and allocated to other entities. BKHost no longer has management rights and responsibility to the owner of the domain name that does not continue to renew its use.

- You must actively monitor the domain name expiration and renew before the domain name expires. BKHost is not responsible for the delay or loss of domain names due to non-payment of renewal fees or late payment of fees.

- You as the owner of the domain name must self-manage and be solely responsible for the use of your domain name. BKHost is not responsible when you use the domain name to engage in illegal activities.

- All disputes related to .VN domain names, we will handle according to the regulations of Vietnam Internet Center (VNNIC). All disputes related to international domain names, we will handle according to the regulations of the organization managing top-level domain names (ICANN).

We (BKHost) are not responsible and do not guarantee the accuracy of information from anyone sent to the server and also do not accept any liability or compensation for any loss or damage. corruption to data stored on the server.

- The user is responsible for maintaining and preserving data on the server.

- The user is solely responsible for and assures us in the use of his Website or Server for lawful purposes. Especially in the following cases:

Do not use the server or hosting service for any purpose/form that violates Vietnamese and international laws, especially regarding copyright of operating system, software, songs... At the same time, responsibility to control and prevent others from doing so on your server or hosting service.

Users may not submit, create links or feed to:

b. Any kind of data that constitutes or encourages any form of crime; or data that infringes any patent, trademark, design right, copyright or any other intellectual property right or rights of any person.

Users are not allowed to send bulk emails, spam emails with destructive purposes from our server or network and are not encouraged to have a site located on the server use bulk email, spam mail.

Users must not use programs that can clog the server, exhaust resources, and overload the server's processor and memory. Or use resources beyond the allowable resource level of the service pack, as specified by us.

- Users securely keep identification, password or other confidential information related to your account and immediately notify us when you detect unauthorized forms of access with your account. account or security loopholes, including loss, theft or disclosure of passwords and other confidential information.

- Users comply with the procedures that we set forth and will not use hosting and servers for purposes that may affect our other customers.

- Any access to other networks linked to our network is subject to the respective laws of those networks.
